MisAdventures In : OVERLAND - You Died Of Dysentery! - EP01

Started to play this new game that is in "First Access", as in not on steam and only available through the dev's website.  Its been described as the "New Oregon Trail" and its pretty fun.  Here is the official description:

A squad-based survival strategy game with procedurally generated levels set in post-apocalyptic North America. Every random level is full of close calls and hard choices, even though the interface is approachable and easy to learn. Manage allies, fuel supplies, medkits and weapons by making the right choices on the procedural roadmaps. A road trip straight into the heart of the cataclysmic event that changed the Earth forever.

http://overland-game.com/first-access/ If you'd like to pick up the game to play for yourself! Its limited to the first 1000 keys!

Video : Mis-Adventures In SUPERHOT!!! S01E02 - "HACK THE GIBSON"

Here is the second video in the SUPERHOT series! This time around it seems we're up against a few of the standard movie fight scenes you might see at the local movieplex.  First up is, "You just said the wrong thing to the bartender."  Second is, "UFC Cage Match. One caveat, they get baseball bats!"  Third is, "Follow the target to the pub restroom, eliminate him."  Fourth is, "Alleyway shootout." Lastly, "Hack the Gibson!"

Video : Mis-Adventures In SUPERHOT!!! S01E01 - "SUPERHOT"

SUPERHOT was released on Feb 25th, and its certainly one of my current favorite games right now.  Yes the graphics may seem a bit crude, but its the game play that makes this so much fun.  I can't wait until a level editor/creator come out!  It has similar problem solving similar to portal, just the puzzle is you have to kill red guys, and survive!  There is also a similar meta story, but you learn of it from the video, or better still, I highly encourage you to pick the game up ASAP!  If you want a little more info on the game here is the description from dev/publisher Evolve Terminal:

SUPERHOT is the first-person shooter in which time moves only when you move. With its mesmerizing gameplay and unique, stylized graphics SUPERHOT aims to finally add something new and disruptive to the FPS genre. See the bullets crawling towards you as you carefully plan your steps and aim your gun. Enjoy the mayhem that is unleashed as you put that plan into motion. Dodge bullets. Take out your enemies. One step at a time.

Now here is the first episode:  (you can find it on STEAM! Curently on sale for $22.49!)
